Individuals looking to sign up as a property guardian, please complete the application form below as well as 'like' our Facebook page in order to stay informed of what is available.

Your application will be assessed in order to determine if you will be a suitable and capable, fully aware of the rules and regulations governing the terms around your ‘licence agreement’ and living as a property guardian, and what you may expect in return.

You will receive a copy of the 'Guardian Handbook', this details what is expected of you, a list of contacts and H&S measures. All guardians should expect that management will visit the property for the purpose of a general inspection at any time to ensure desired standards of occupation are being maintained.

The paperwork: Applicants will be required to provide the following:

1. Passport / ID - ensure this is a clear image of the main page

2. Bank statement - one from the last month, in PDF, showing your address

3. Credit Report (eg. Experian) - the full report, in PDF, not a screenshot

4. Employment reference - to be forwarded to us by email

5. Landlord reference - to be forwarded to us by email
